Reopening of our Blacksmithing Workshops for Term 4!

The Victorian Government has given Creative Studios the okay to reopen with mandatory double vaccination of Creative Workers and participants over 12 years and 2 months (or double vaccination of parents/carers of younger participants), and a covid-safe plan. Our covid-safe plan includes the Victorian Government QR code (or handwritten) check-in, regular cleaning of tools, displayed signage, and cleaning of shared and public spaces. As Creative Workers, both Rob and Sally Nansen are fully vaccinated.

So it is with GREAT JOY that from our Home Forge in Spotswood we are offering 3 workshop bookings on Saturdays (9am-11am, 12pm-2pm & 3pm-5pm) and 2 workshop bookings on Wednesdays and Thursdays (10am-12pm & 1pm-3pm) throughout the rest of Term 4.

Facilitated by Rob, these 2 hr workshops would suit Adults, Homeschoolers, NDIS participants, and young people, or any who are wanting a weekly or fortnightly rhythm to their Blacksmithing experience. Please be aware that participants vary, and you may be blacksmithing alongside new participants at different times.

Our 6 x 2hr session package, offered both as concession rate (HCC only) and full fare rate, remains a popular one for those wanting ongoing sessions as it gives a slight discount while ensuring a participant’s ongoing place in sessions. Single Bookings are also very welcome. See our Rates Page for Booking prices.

Home Forge Workshop Participants generally work on projects such as S-hooks, Bookmarks, Fire Pokers, Toasting Forks, and much more…

Please Contact Rob with any questions, or to book in for a Workshop session.
